Do you charge fees? What percentage of our rent do you take?	No, we charge zero fees Our clients are willing to pay premium rates to be able to rent for short periods of time. This enables us to simply collect any residuals.
How do you guantee rent?	This is the most important part of our business relation with you. We're not just renting somewhere, we rely on you as much as you rely on your tenants. But your continued business is our lifeblood, so more than just signing a lease we personally assure you of our timelyness
How do you screen guests?	Having traveled plenty in my proffesional career, we come with a netowrk of clients who want the expirence of something more than a hotel. Not only would we be using AirBnB, Furnished Finder, Corporate housing etc., we come with a network ourselves that allows to review and accept clients with scrutiny.
How do you ensure no unwarranted people, or parties come to the property?	To be perfectly clear, the safety and respect of other housing units is of the upmost importance to us, and to maintain this we have noise detectors in the house to allow us to handle and dismiss a guest as soon as a problem arrises. To ensure no unwarranted persons come in, with your permission, we also request to install a wifi camera on on the exterior of the building.
